Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of NailsSys. NailsSys is operated for Nail Lounge West and is currently intended primarily for authorized internal business users.
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. Authorized use
- You may use NailsSys only if you are authorized by the business to access the system.
- You must keep credentials confidential and use only the roles and permissions assigned to you.
- You may not attempt to bypass access controls, tenant isolation, approval gates, or security protections.
2. Google Ads integration
NailsSys may allow authorized users to connect Google Ads accounts for reporting, keyword planning, first-party attribution, and supported Search campaign management.
- You must have permission to access and manage every Google Ads account you connect.
- Campaign creation, budget changes, pause/resume actions, keyword changes, and other material advertising actions may affect advertising spend or delivery.
- Authorized users are responsible for reviewing and approving material changes before they are submitted.
- NailsSys does not guarantee campaign performance, lead volume, bookings, revenue, or return on advertising spend.
3. Compliance with Google requirements
Use of Google Ads through NailsSys remains subject to applicable Google Ads terms, policies, Google API terms, and account-level restrictions. Users must not use NailsSys to circumvent Google policies or perform prohibited advertising activity.
4. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information and Google API data is described in the NailsSys Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that system operation may require processing business, advertising, and operational data as described there.
5. Third-party services
NailsSys depends on third-party services such as Google Ads, authentication providers, cloud hosting, databases, payment infrastructure, and other service providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability may affect NailsSys.
6. Security and account responsibility
- Do not share passwords, OAuth credentials, developer tokens, or secret keys.
- Immediately report suspected unauthorized access or credential exposure.
- NailsSys may suspend access to protect the business, connected accounts, customers, or system integrity.
7. Availability and changes
NailsSys may add, change, restrict, or remove features as the system evolves. We may perform maintenance or temporarily suspend features when needed for reliability, security, compliance, or third-party platform changes.
8. No professional or advertising guarantee
NailsSys provides operational and advertising-management tools. Recommendations, forecasts, keyword ideas, attribution reports, and performance calculations are decision-support information and are not a guarantee of future results. Authorized managers remain responsible for business and advertising decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NailsSys and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party service outages, advertising performance, or unauthorized misuse of credentials.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when a user is no longer authorized, violates these Terms, creates security or compliance risk, or when the underlying business relationship ends.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
